Gary joined Puttenham in 1981 as the Club Professional. After performing a dual role as Professional and Secretary from 1987 he became full time Secretary/General Manager in 1997. Though time no longer permits him opportunities to play competitively or to coach, he retains his status as a PGA member in addition to being a member of the Golf Club Managers Association.

Julie joined Puttenham in 2003 and was promoted to Assistant Secretary two years later. She had previously spent 12 years as an Executive at International Management Group where she worked mainly with Nick Faldo, before becoming a consultant to Pringle of Scotland helping them with their golfing activities. Although Julie is no longer a regular golfer, she used to hold a single figure handicap.

Margarette joined Puttenham in the summer of 2011 and looks after the bookkeeping and office admin
