Assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of the day to day operation of the kitchen and catering operation. Preparation and serving of food of the highest quality ensuring that existing food preparation techniques are maintained to the standards laid down by the Company. Ensuring that proper standards of food hygiene and health & safety at work are maintained.
Previous experience of working in a busy kitchen offering day to day snacks through to function and events catering is necessary.
Qualifications equivalent to Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Food Service
You must be a good team player and be prepared to work some evening and weekend shifts as directed by your manager.
Due to the location of the business, your own transport is essential.

To assist the greenkeeping staff in preparing the course for weekend play.
Greenkeeping Duties weekends Saturday and Sunday mornings only
Working 2 weekends in 4.
Start times are subject to seasonal changes but would normally range from 6am in the Summer to 7am in the Winter.
Maximum hours 2-3 hours per morning
All work is supervised under the guidance of a qualified member of the greenstaff.
